I don't know if this is available in Texas, but check out the IBX website. You can shop for coverage to suit your needs.

You can save up to 80% on Prescriptions and it not only covers medical but dental, vision, chiropractic and prescriptions. I myself use this plan and I save a TON on my prescriptions
